Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Yangyin Runfei Huoxue Prescription and Its Effect on Immune Function and Oxidative Stress in Patients with Acute Radiation Pneumonia

Abstract

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Yangyin Runfei Huoxue prescription and its effect on immune function and oxidative stress in patients with acute radiation pneumonia. Methods: A total of 94 patients with acute radiation pneumonia in our hospital were selected from Jun. 2017 to Jun. 2018, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with oral administration of prednisolone and the observation group was treated with Yangyin Runfei Huoxue prescription based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, the levels of immune function and oxidative stress indexes, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results： The total clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group; after treatment, the levels of natural killer cells, CD₃⁺ in the two groups were significantly higher than those of before treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group; the level of malondialdehyde in the two groups were significantly lower than that of before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, while the levels of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were significantly higher than before treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group; there were no significantly differences in the incidence of complications between the two groups. Conclusion：Yangyin Runfei Huoxue prescription has a good clinical effect on acute radiation pneumonia patients, and it can regulate the immune function of patients, improve the oxidative stress state of patients.
