About the Journal

Journal of Experimental and Clinical Application of Chinese Medicine dedicates to publish reports on both experimental and clinical findings of Chinese medicine and other ethnomedicines using different techniques and methods. The journal has a broad scope in the basic research and clinical application of integrative medicine and complementary medicine, covering articles on the efficacy, safety, quality and mechanisms of action of the traditional medicine in the world, especially for the traditional Chinese medicine, ethnomedicines, and unconventional healthcare practices. The researches on herbal medicine, massotherapy, acupuncture, dietary supplements, meditation, lifestyle changes, manual healing methods, mind/body interventions, and other traditional technologies are strongly encouraged. Studies on integrated Chinese and Western medicine, preparation technology of Chinese medicine, and pharmacological researches of the drug ingredients, are also involved. The main article type includes original researches, reviews, systematic reviews, editorials, opinions, and case reports.
