Objective To explore the effects of Shuxuening injection on inflammatory factors, coagulation function and myocardial injury in patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis. Methods: A total of 84 SAP patients admitted to Quzhou People’s hospital from February, 2016 to May, 2018 were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group (n=42) and observation group according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional comprehensive therapy, and those in the observation group were given Shuxuening injection on the basis of the Control group. The clinical curative effect, inflammatory factors, coagulation function and damage index between these two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: Total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. After treatment, levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-6, fibrinogen, D-dimer, troponin I and phosphocreatine kinase isoenzyme were significantly lower yet that of IL-10 was significantly higher than those before treatment. TNF-α, IL-6, FIB, D-D, cTnI and CK-MB levels in the observation group were significantly lower and that of IL-10 was significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: Shuxuening injection can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of SAP patients, and can adjust and improve inflammatory factors level, improve the coagulation function and protect the heart.
