Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating patients with chronic heart failure complicated with dyslipidemia. Methods:A total of 94 patients with CHF complicated with dyslipidemia who were visited our hospital from March 2019 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method. The control group was treated with Western medicine, and the observation group was further treated with Qishen Guilong Yin based on the control group. The effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, the levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, tumor necrosis factor-ɑ and interleukin 6 were compared between the two groups. Results:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of observation group was significantly better. After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in TC and TG levels between the two groups, and there was no significant difference in TC and TG levels between the two groups than before treatment. After treatment, the levels of LDL-C and HDL-C in the control group were not statistically significant compared with those before treatment, the level of LDL-C in the observation group was significantly lower , and significantly lower. The level of HDL-C in the observation group was significantly higher than that before treatment, and significantly higher than that in the control group. After treatment, the levels of TNF-ɑ and IL-6 of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the levels of TNF-ɑ and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group. Conclusion: Combined treatment with traditional Chinese and Western medicine was an effective treatment to CHF patients with dyslipidemia, because it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, regulate the level of blood lipid, and improve the inflammatory response.
