Objective To analyze the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction on mycoplasma pneumonia and its effects on d-dimer, thrombin regulatory protein and related inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 116 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital between July 2019 and July 2020 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with Western medicine, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy, D-D, TM and inflammatory factors levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. After treatment, the levels of D-D and TM in the two groups were sharply lower than those before treatment, and the levels of D-D and TM in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were greatly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion The self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction showed a strong therapeutic effect on treating mycoplasma pneumonia patients, and can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the levels of TM, D-D and inflammatory factors.
