Abstract

Objective To explore the curative effect of dynamic acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal decoction in the treatment of patients with hemiplegia after stroke and its effect on prognosis. Methods: A total of 144 patients with hemiplegia after stroke treated in our hospital from Mar. 2017 to Sep. 2018 were selected, and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The control group was treated with Chinese herbal decoction, and the observation group was treated with dynamic acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect, Fugl-Meyer sensory function score, national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score, activities of daily living score and adverse reaction of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group; After treatment, the scores of Fugl-Meyer sensory function and ADL in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the scores of Fugl-Meyer sensory function and ADL in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group, the NIHSS score in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the score of NIHSS in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group; There was no severe adverse reaction in two groups during treatment. Conclusion: The clinical effect of dynamic acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal decoction therapy on patients with hemiplegia after stroke is remarkable, and it can effectively improve the neurological deficit and limb movement disturbance, improve the living ability of patients and with no severe adverse reactions.
