Abstract

Objective To explore the effect analysis of the treatment of acute gouty arthritis by Fuzheng Quxie decoction combined with blood-letting puncture. Methods A total of 76 cases of acute gouty arthritis patients in our hospital were selected as study objects between June 2017 to June 2018, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the time of visit to our hospital. The control group was treated with blood-letting puncture method on the basis of conventional Western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Quxie decoction on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy, local pain and joint redness and swelling, local pain and joint redness and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. After the first two courses of treatment, the scores of local pain and local joint redness were sharply lower in the two groups than before treatment. After the second course of treatment, the scores of local pain and local joint redness were significantly lower in the two groups than in the first course of treatment. The disappearance time of local pain, local joint redness, and swelling of the observation group were greatly shorter than those of the control group. After treatment, C-reaetiveprotein and procalcitonin levels of the two groups were sharply lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Fuzheng Quxie decoction combined with blood-letting puncture can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with acute gout arthritis, alleviate local pain and joint redness and swelling, shorten the local pain and the disappearance of joint redness and swelling, and reduce the inflammatory response.
