Journal of Heart and Lung Research dedicates to publish original studies, reviews and prospective views regarding heart and lung and cardiorespiratory health, covering a broad scope in the basic, experimental, translational, and clinical practices of cardiovascular system and respiratory system. The journal aims to advance knowledge and promote excellence in the field of cardiac diseases and pulmonary diseases, to improve the prevention, risk factors, mechanisms, diagnosis, pharmacology, surgery, transplantation, and treatment of heart and lung diseases, with emphasis on combined therapies and nursing between heart and lung, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers, clinicians, and healthcare professionals. Medical devices, imaging techniques, therapeutic innovations, novel opinions on mechanism and physiology of heart and lung in manifestation of normal and patients are also welcome. The main article type includes original researches, reviews, systematic reviews, editorials, opinions, and case reports.
