Open Access Policy

All open access articles published in the journal are distributed under the terms of theCreative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license. This license permits users to freely browse, search, download, copy, distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the published content in any medium or format. All forms of reuse and secondary creation are allowed on the premise that authors strictly identify the original citation information and properly credit the original authors and journal source. The journal provides permanent free access to all published articles for readers and academic institutions worldwide, with no access fees charged.

APC Standard, Usage and Payment Rules

To guarantee the standardized quality of open access publishing and rigorous peer review work, cover the routine operational costs of journal publication, and ensure stable long-term online operation of the journal, the journal collects a standard Article Processing Charge (APC) for formally accepted manuscripts. The unified APC standard is US $75 per article.

The APC is exclusively used for legitimate journal publishing expenditures, including professional manuscript editing, official platform operation and maintenance, and long‑term academic archiving of published articles. Consistent with standard open‑access journal practices, APC is only payable upon formal manuscript acceptance. No fees apply for submission or for rejected manuscripts.

Tax Provision & APC Discount Policy

The stipulated APC fee does not include any taxes and value‑added tax. All relevant taxes incurred shall be borne separately by the authors. To recognize the academic contributions of peer reviewers, authors may apply for discretionary APC waiver or discount by serving as peer reviewers for this journal. Applications will be reviewed by the journal editorial office on a case‑by‑case basis.

Charge Specification

This APC policy fully covers manuscript submission review, academic publishing, and color image reproduction services. No additional hidden charges will be imposed on authors throughout the whole publishing process.
